Ruben R. Escobar is a Coroner Sergeant with over 16 years of service with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. He serves as a member of the CSCA Coroner Curriculum Development Committee, contributing to statewide training standards. Ruben is a seasoned instructor at multiple law enforcement training institutions, including the Riverside County Sheriff’s Ben Clark Training Center (Death Investigations, Academy LD7), Law Enforcement Training Solutions (LETS), and the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Training Center. With extensive field experience in death investigations and leadership roles, he is dedicated to developing high-quality training for law enforcement professionals.
