Who we are

At Law Enforcement Training Solutions, our focus is to help companies and agencies become better and safer places. 

As members of the law enforcement community, we take great pride in our education and training that allows us to act in a stressful situation and not just think about what to do. We train members of various law enforcement agencies to keep them current with their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Through scenario-based training and discussions, we help take the guesswork out of the problem and put your training into play. We believe everyone brings a unique perspective, education, culture, or religious background to our trainings, and we harness those unique qualities to make the best trainings possible.

Our team is comprised of experts and practitioners with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and certifications across the field of law enforcement. The course curricula have been created by graduates of the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor program. Each course activity is created, tested, and measured with predesigned learning outcomes.

Our co-founders, Mitch and Art, are graduates of the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor Curriculum Course (MICC).  They completed over four years of specialized training to be able to create and implement the best courses possible for law enforcement. Both Mitch and Art were selected after demonstrating years of successful teaching and developing altruistic values of student learning. Using this same training philosophy, each course that we present is created with specific, testable outcomes that can be taken from class and used in the workplace or even applied at the student’s home.
