This 8- hour course provides the student with the tools to conduct a better and more thorough background investigation in the hiring process. The officer and agent of probation, parole, and corrections are all sworn positions and it is critical that the backgrounds conducted reveal any potential problems that can have a negative effect on the employer, employee, and the court system.
